Broth Challenge

I know that I really haven’t told you about myself besides the fact that I teach Pilates and I own Body Language Studio. I would like to share a little more about what I like today. I am weird/crazy/cool when it comes to my health and what foods I put in my body because I believe it’s just as important as what exercise I choose to move my body.
I have been on every diet known to man since I was born. Seriously…I am not lying, ask my husband, he will tell you. He thinks I am the crazy part and my family thinks I am the weird part. I think I am the cool part. :) I went from starvation diets to Vegan to sucking Marrow out of bones and I can’t tell you enough how much better I feel now than I did back in my Vegan days.
For the last 2 weeks I have been making broths out the wazoo so I joined this challenge. I love me some broth.
I will continue to write about all things as I journey along with food and exercise and whatever else I may fancy.
